Facilitation Training

Our world is becoming more and more connected. We increasingly have the chance to interact with people from different backgrounds. But our tools for communicating across these differences have yet to catch up. Whether you work in a coalition, a collaborative group, or just your team at work, we need facilitators who can help groups navigate multiple perspectives. Throughout the training, you will:

  • Understand the fundamental skills needed to guide a group through inquiry and toward action.
  • Transform collective understanding of the role of a facilitator.
  • Practice & apply facilitation tools to create a live learning space.
