Fall is here, and with it is also coming the release of our newest offering: Canopy Learning Online! For a long time, we have dreamt of making our tools and support more accessible to audiences beyond the folks who we are able to meet within the 40-hour work week. As the name suggests, Canopy Learning Online (CLO) will be a hub where you can attend workshops, track your learning, and access tools provided by The Civic Canopy online and on demand.
Over the course of CLO’s first year, we will be focusing on providing foundational workshops that help establish solid organizational foundations. These include topics such as:
- Strategic Planning
- Results-Based Accountability
- Conducting Community Needs Assessments
- Sustaining Commitment with Partners
- Communicating for Social Change
- Systems Change
These workshops will be released periodically over the coming months, each accompanied by tools ready for you to download and apply to your own work.
You can currently get a first glance into what CLO has to offer by signing up for our free Intro to Systems Thinking workshop led by our very own Kale McMonagle. This workshop introduces you to models that will help you understand how systems work, the different levels systems operate in, and how to approach systems in your own work.
Thank you for your ongoing support.
